Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.

Psalm 107:1

Lately, I’ve been having trouble writing posts. It’s not due to lack of time nor is it due to lack of effort. It’s due to the lack of inspiration and passion. As a result, the posts that I have been writing, but not published, aren’t up to the standard of the posts Gloria and I want on this site and are left in draft form.

This week, the Lord was gracious to me, and gave me time to pause and reflect on what’s been happening in my life. I just started thanking Him for all He’s done. Thanking Him for His love and Him dying on the cross and saving me. Thanking Him for being with me and walking with me through times of trouble. Thanking Him for always providing and his blessings. Pretty soon, I just started praising the Lord and worshiping Him. God is so amazing and I am blessed to call Him my Lord and Saviour.

When we take the time to pause and think about what the Lord has done, there are many things to be thankful and to praise the Lord for. The Lord showed me a few songs that I would like to share with you all today. I hope these song remind you to thank and praise the Lord too, no matter what situation you are in.

Give thanks to the Lord with the lyre;

    make melody to him with the harp of ten strings!

Sing to him a new song;

    play skillfully on the strings, with loud shouts.
